Executive Coaching Confidentiality Policy

Confidentiality Guidelines:

• Client Privacy: Any information shared by a Shliach with the coach is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to others.
• No Sharing Between Clients: The coach will never discuss one Shliach’s donors, strategies, or private matters with another Shliach.
• No Cross-Referencing: If a donor appears in multiple Shluchim’s records, the coach will not share or transfer any related information. Each coaching relationship remains entirely separate.

DRM Service Confidentiality Policy

Confidentiality Guidelines:

• DRM will never share or discuss a Shliach’s donor information with another Shliach.
  If asked about other Shluchim, the response is simply, “I don’t know,” and the conversation ends there.
• If a donor is connected to multiple Shluchim, any knowledge from one Shliach-Donor relationship must remain separate and confidential.
• Any information shared by the client, including donor-related data, is to be treated as off-limits unless explicitly agreed upon by the Shliach.
• The DRM may record necessary details in the CRM but must ensure that no unauthorized person has access to this sensitive information.
